As a health + fitness coach, I help women make time for themselves to be happier + healthier…to feel confident, strong, and be good examples for their families! The women in my groups are doing at-home fitness programs (for an average of 30 min per day), following a healthy meal plan, and I run online accountability groups to help keep us motivated, inspired, and on track to reach our goals!
As a busy mama of three and newly post partum, I know how hard it can be to make that time for yourself, but it IS possible!!!
